Checklist app
Custom checklists that prove the work was done, with a branded PDF report at the end. Records are saved on the device, so it works with no signal.

How it works
Templates
Sections and tasks, each setting the proof it needs: a minimum number of photos, video, a note, and readings with units and limits. Import tasks from a Word table or CSV file.
Proof
Photos and video from the camera, each stamped with the time and GPS position. Readings outside their range flag the task automatically.
Flags and rectification
Preset answers coloured green, yellow or red. Red items block the checklist until the rectification is recorded, with photo or video evidence of the work done.
Signatures
Signature roles such as operator and supervisor, signed on screen.
Branded PDF
Your logo, colours and footer, a colour key, a flagged-items section with each rectification, embedded photos, signatures and a fingerprint of the results, emailed to the right people.
